How Long Does It Take To Receive My Custom Order Cutting Board?.

When you make initial contact with us, we will contact you to discuss your needs and confirm details, we’ll start the process of designing your Custom Cutting Board and submit the design to you for your approval, when approved we’ll start the making process - This Normally Takes 2 - 3 Weeks,

Final process is oiling and waxing, installing feet if required, Ideal drying time is 5 Days, Item will then be packaged and dispatched to you, Delivery depends on the courier used and destination of package.

When Will I Receive My Standard Stock Items.

Stock items are dispatched within 2 Days of order and be delivered by courier or Mail carrier and will depend on destination of package.

I Have A Problem With My Order?.

In the unfortunate event your order is delivered damaged or missing parts, Please email us with your order number and details of damage. Better to take pictures of damaged package before fully opening and then inspect contents and take pictures as you open the package.

Can I Really Use My Cutting Board?.

Yes: These end grain cutting boards are durable and the inlay is 6mm deep, They can be gently sanded and reoiled as required.
