We hope that your product has reached you in perfect condition, If it has not then please inform us with the details of the damage or issue you have and we will start the process of sorting out what went wrong and if damage was caused by the courier delivering your product.

Products can only be returned if they are faulty by poor manufacturing and workmanship.

Your product once approved for return must be in the original packaging and in an unused state.

Any product that has been used will not be accepted for reurn.

We also will reject returns that have clearly been damaged as a result of misuse or deliberately.

All returns are subject to the purchaser paying the cost of the return postage.
